Since 2005, Donna has been a Life & Health Benefits Advisor with Leap | Carpenter | Kemps Insurance Agency, where she uses her three decades of insurance experience and knowledge to ensure her clients get the best policies for their budget.

Donna specializes in small and large group coverage and always stays on top of industry changes that could potentially affect her clients. Her philosophy is to be both a trusted advisor and advocate for her clients and to guarantee their unique needs are met. Whatever you need, she is always available to lend a helping hand.

Donna is exceptionally friendly, personable, and upbeat.  She prides herself on taking the time to get to know each of her client’s, to understand their expectations and budgets for employee benefits.  This ensures that the benefits and services she provides cover what is most important, including government compliance requirements.  Donna also prefers to do her own quotes for small group clients, as she is the one that knows them best, and uses that knowledge to match the client’s unique needs, with the appropriate plan options available.

In her free time, Donna enjoys spending time with her three children, supporting her son’s talent of being a Michael Jackson tribute performer, and having fun with her friends.
