Many companies are not utilizing programs that allow them to receive the full benefits at their disposal. I have worked alongside my associates to develop a program that will assist companies improve their bottom line each year.

I help companies qualify for this insurance program so they can start reducing their premiums over time. Our goal is to help companies take back the excess premium they currently send to their insurance carriers.

I joined Leap Carpenter Kemps Insurance Agency as a risk advisor in 2019, working with my associate John Lightfoot.

I have progressed my insurance career over 25 years, working across the State in agriculture, manufacturing, and contracting. I am dedicated to match the insurance to the client’s needs to help both in the present and promote the company in the future.
