Carmen Sanchez

Carmen started her career in insurance in January 2003 as a Personal Insurance Advisor with Allstate, where she developed tailored personal insurance and risk management solutions for fifteen years.

In October 2018, Carmen began her career with Leap | Carpenter | Kemps Insurance Agency as a Commercial Insurance & Risk Advisor, where she uses her 15+ years of experience to provide excellent service to each one of her customers.

As a Commercial Insurance & Risk Advisor, Carmen utilizes her knowledge of insurance and business to assess and identify her clients' unique exposures and make recommendations on the appropriate type of insurance, coverage limits, and other solutions.

Carmen's emphasis is on building long-term relationships, which is why more than 80% of her book of business were referrals from satisfied clients.

When she is not working, Carmen enjoys arts and craft time with her two children, cooking, and she is an avid dancer.
