About The Personal Lines Customer Service Representative Position:

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative. This is a full time 40 hour per week position, with office hours Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., and lunch from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m.

This person will be performing various tasks involving servicing and managing the customers that we insure. This is the ideal position for someone working in small Personal Lines office that wants to grow their experience.

The Location:

We are located in Merced, CA which is home to the newest University of California Campus. Our office provides a very comfortable work environment.

Employees interested in this position should have the following skills:

  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Able to handle multiple duties at once
  • Self-starter
  • Strong computer skills
  • Bilingual (+ but not required)

An existing Property & Casualty Insurance License and previous experience is desired however we will consider someone that has yet to obtain their license.
